At Peach & Musk, we are committed to delivering high-quality cosmetic and personal care products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 2 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene and safety, certain items may be non-returnable.
